Jo spent early part of her career working in Accounting & Finance roles, both in New Zealand and the UK. On return from a lengthy OE in 2000, she transitioned (ie. accidentally fell) into the recruitment industry and has never left!
Joining OCG Auckland as a Recruitment Administrator in 2001 and as an Accounting & Finance Consultant in 2003, Jo took over managing the Accounting & Financial Services team at OCG Auckland in 2021. Having ‘grown up’ at OCG with over 20 years of A&F recruitment experience, there is not much Jo has not experienced in the sector!
