Melanie joined OCG in February 2020 after supporting the Business Support team at sister company Chandler Macleod for two and a half years. As an Associate Consultant and Candidate Manager, she believes that fit is everything when it comes to changing roles or careers. She is passionate about helping others find their next step in their career path.
