About the role:
This highly visible role works closely with staff at all levels to engage, upskill and ensure all employment relations matters are handled with professionalism. Covering the full remit of employment relations in a unionised workforce this role offers complexity, challenge, and the opportunity to learn best practice in a supportive team.
About you:
You will have proven experience managing a heavy case load in a complex environment, are able to evidence exceptional relationship building skills and a track record of providing the best outcomes for both people and businesses.
