As Risk Adviser you will be responsible for assisting successful implementation of Group Schemes through getting out to in person meetings to on board new employees whilst building client relationships. Day to day will include:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing employee benefits programs and identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Managing various Group schemes, including delivery of renewals
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives, and recommend customised solutions aligned with their goals.
- Provide expert guidance on a range of employee benefits offerings, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, and more.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, bank managers and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be happy to travel to clients site for meetings on a regular basis.
