We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Minute Taker to assist with meetings on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year. This role involves attending scheduled meetings throughout the day, taking accurate minutes, and providing clear, concise documentation.
Key Details:
- Pre-scheduled dates and times provided in advance
- Meetings take place throughout the day
- mostly online - some will need to be in person

- Attend scheduled meetings and take detailed, structured minutes
- Capture key discussion points, decisions, and action items
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of meeting notes
- Format and submit minutes promptly after each meeting
- Proven experience in minute-taking or administrative support
