We're seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to join our team and spearhead growth initiatives in our existing key accounts whilst uncovering new opportunities within the corporate market.

Our client are leaders in the field of technology product distribution and provide digital, field and 4PL warehousing services. Focused on enhancing the performance of key participants in the product and service chain, including manufacturers, corporates, and retailers. As a Key Account Manager in this small and dynamic business you’ll be at the forefront of their ambitious growth plans!


About the Role

This exciting position plays a crucial role in managing relationships with key partners and identifying new clients who are aligned to driving their ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships within key partners.
  • Identify new client opportunities to grow the customer portfolio.
  • Meet and exceed unit volume and gross margin sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities within channels and execute strategic plans to capitalise on them.
  • Identify and qualify new channel opportunities to extend customer reach and increase sales.
  • Forecast sales targets and provide written reports documenting progress towards goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Manage the launch process for all new products with assigned accounts, ensuring proper coordination across functions.
  • Assist the Product Management team with the order management process.
  • Develop new solutions for customers to grow market share, revenue, and margin.
