Are you an experienced insurance broker passionate about providing clients with tailored, comprehensive coverage? OCG are looking for a Domestic Insurance Broker to join our Auckland CBD based client
Helping clients protect their homes, vehicles, and valuables, they a privately owned, supportive, growth-focused firm with a commitment to excellence in client service.
This a hugely successful existing book of business, with a constant stream of referrals coming from the other teams across the New Zealand business.
They offer flexible hours, 2 days a week at home, with free city centre parking and shares in the business offered to all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advisory Excellence: Understand clients’ needs and guide them toward the best insurance products for home, contents, and vehicles.
- Policy Management: Manage the lifecycle of policies, from initial assessment to claims assistance, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients, offering guidance and support.
- Experience: Proven domestic insurance experience with a strong understanding of policy nuances.
- Level 5: Qualified.
- Client-Centric: Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Growth-Oriented: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team focused on professional growth.
- Salary up to $85,000
