- Analyse and interpret complex compensation data to inform key decisions
- Develop and deliver comprehensive remuneration strategies
- Design employee incentive programs with impactful analytics
- Collaborate on global compensation frameworks and tools
- Expertise in HR data analytics and reporting
- Experience designing and managing compensation structures.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and HR systems (e.g., Syndio, BetterComp).
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborative with exceptional communication skills
