A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Broker with good fire and general knowledge. Great opportunity to join a well-known New Zealand brokerage who have been in the market for over 10 years with several branches across the country.

Due to growth, a permanent position has become available for an experience SME/Mid-market Commercial broker to join the Auckland CBD Team.

 The Role:
  • Build strong relationships with the existing client portfolios and retain their business
  • Develop new business opportunities and is passionate about meeting new people
  • Ensure on going cover is maintained for clients
  • Negotiate rates and terms with the underwriters
  • Process all renewals, new business, alterations and cancellations in a timely manner
  • Maintain existing portfolio of commercial clients on policy changes, endorsements and alterations
  • Analyse client requirement needs and provide the best cover solution
  • Identify, and act on opportunities to grow the portfolio by leveraging existing relationships
The Ideal Person:
  • Minimum 3-5 year's Commercial experience particularly in Fire and General
  • Level 5 Qualified
  • Sales driven and target oriented
  • Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in Auckland CBD 4-5 days a week
