Job Title: Project Manager (Contract)
Location: Auckland
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Until June 30th (with probable extension)
Hourly Rate: ~$130 an hour

About the Role:
Currently looking for a Project Manager for the RFP phase of a Finance System Replacement and we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new ERP system, transitioning from an older version of Microsoft Dynamics to Microsoft Business Central. This role requires a technically savvy individual with strong integration and data knowledge. Someone who is Implementation partner ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the ERP implementation project.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at both technical and finance levels.
• Guide the team through the RFP process for selecting an implementation partner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in ERP implementations.
• Strong communication skills, with credibility in accounting or finance.
• Solid background in finance, with the ability to understand and communicate financial concepts.
• Technical proficiency in IT, particularly with ERP systems and data integration.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders.

Reporting to: National Project Delivery Manager and working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive - Finance & Business Insights and Head of Digital & Data

Work Arrangement: On site but can discuss Hybrid/Work from Home options where necessary
