Office Manager
We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join clients team located in the heart of Auckland City. This is a great temporary contract where no two days are the same and opens new opportunity for learning and growth.
About the role:
As Office Manager you'll be managing the business’ administration function, providing essential information and support to all staff on-site. This contract requires the successful candidate to handle multiple priorities and competing deadlines, have proven excellence in stakeholder communication and all-round office management experience as the tasks will be varied from day to day.
What you need: - Preferably 2 years of experience in an office manager role
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication
- Experience across different areas including but not limited to, Administration, Facilities management, Data Entry, Accounts – Invoices, Purchase Orders etc, Coordinating internal communications, Management of all visitors
- Experience with multiple systems and strong administration skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities across your team
