Heritage Information Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support our client’s team on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months, by summarising and inputting data into their internal database. This key information and database play a crucial role in informing decision-making processes. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information is essential, and we need someone who is meticulous, proactive, and enthusiastic to help maintain and enhance this valuable resource.
About the role: - Read through large text blocks and extract key points to summarise into clear and concise paragraphs.
- Add reports and relevant materials to the bibliography.
- Ensure data is accurate, well-organised, and up to date.
- Work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
What you need: - Experience working within a government organisation preferred
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
- Proven experience and ability to process complex information and summarise it effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating with the team when needed.
